APCER guarantees the provision of services in a non-discriminatory manner, ensuring that there are no conditions, whether financial or other, that may prevent the access of candidates to services.
APCER recognizes that offering any services and/or activities, which may, directly or indirectly, be connected to consultancy or other activities, could undermine the principles of competence, responsibility, transparency, confidentiality, objectivity, impartiality and independence of any service provided by APCER is prohibited.
APCER takes upon itself to identify, analyze and document potential situations of conflict of interest arising from the provision of services, including any conflicts caused by its relationships, namely property, leadership, management, personnel, shared resources, financial situation, contracts and marketing.
Also assures that the established relationships do not constitute, nor will lead to, any conflict of interest, and undertakes that whenever a relationship may be considered to pose as a threat to its impartiality, APCER will analyze it and implement actions to eliminate or minimize their effects.
APCER takes on to ensure that the Advisory Board and accreditation bodies remain informed about the analysis of potential conflicts of interest that may constitute a threat to its impartiality.
The CEO of APCER ensures the disclosure of this policy, committing all employees (internal, external or committee members) in strict compliance with the requirements of independence, impartiality and integrity.
