The CQI International Quality Awards recognize excellence within the quality profession. The winners of this second edition (2018) perform tasks in various industries and help improve the reputation of organizations all across the world.
Nigel Croft, a member of APCER Brazil's council, was awarded the honorary prize for being "one of the key architects of the world's most popular set of quality management standards".
Nigel Croft is also the coordinator of Anexo SL's review panel for ISO directives (the basis for all the ISO standards of the management systems) , and he was chairman of ISO/TC 176/SC 2 – Quality Systems from 2010 to 2018, with general responsibility for developing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 9004:2018.
