Obtaining the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Certificate in the area of Regular / International Education and Distance Learning was, without a doubt, a milestone for our school. The process of obtaining this prestigious certification required much reflection and, once again, with the continuous effort and dedication of our entire team guaranteed that the constant search to improve our services is never excessive. Fortunately, there is always room for continuous and constructive improvement, and this process is undeniable proof of that.
In an atypical and certainly unforgettable year, St. Peter’s International School managed to become the first Portuguese school with distance-learning method at more levels of education with this quality seal awarded by APCER - Associação Portuguesa de Certificação. ISO 9001 assures the optimisation of processes, the agile development of school procedures and culture that has only one objective: the satisfaction of our families. The Quality System, with all its complexity and efficiency, presented itself as another successful tool, where day after day it enables us to look for solutions, improvement, innovation and optimisation of resources, not forgetting the business / school culture that we have so cherished and that has characterised over these 27 years.
It is a unique certification and one that we are very proud of, as it places us together with a list of worldwide companies, large and small, which work daily to achieve success. We will, of course, continue to work to improve and maintain this seal of quality and prestige.
